hello
enjoying the day off I’ve thrown lots of snowballs at my dad and sister ,went sledging with Tom grimes Gemma Jess grimes my cousin Alice grimes Jasper and kaitie A. fell off my sledge a couple of times and got really cold.
It’s now quater to two I’m inside with a glass off hot choclate

I went sledging (near Beambridge) today with Gemma, Jordan, Jess and Katie A. We also had a snowball fight it was girls v boys!
When I got in I had a nice, hot drink of Aero hot chocolate!
When I got home I also made a “snow alien” and it has three eyes and it is two metres tall! My dogs keep giving it funny looks!
After that my dog Scooby went crazy running around the trampoline chasing the snow! And he was trying to fight it too!

Hi everyone hope you are having good fun in the snow.
I have only just come in from the garden i’ve been out there since 7:00. Having a lovely time at home today. At 7:00 Dad told me school was CLOSED! i ran down stairs in my PJs and went straight out in the snow. it was real fun coz it’s Spuds first time in the snow so he was racing around like a nutter eating the snow. At 7:45 Katie was ready to go sledging in all her gear But mum told her to take it off. We went sledging up a field by my nans with Grandad, Mum and Katie. It was really fun i was the best at sledging coz i stayed on the sledge the longest, i went down this really steep bit and i hit a bump and went straight over the front of the sledge and land face first, i got very cold. At home we made a big sledge run and spent hours out there we also made a big ramp of snow to go down, we used a sandpit to make the tracks more slippery it was good fun.

I woke up at 7:00 and dad said that school was closed.So i went down stairs and had my breakfast.After i asked mum if we were going sledging and she said yes.After that i went and got changed in to my sledging stuff and went out side.Spud went nuts as it was his first time in the snow.When we were in the field sledging grandad came with us.Every time i went on the sledge i fell off.After we had all had a go me and steph made grandad have a go i pushed him when he wasnt ready so he fell off straight away.When we got home me and steph played in the garden all day but went in to have our lunch.

5.30am…..look out window to see awinter wonderland.
6.30am…..get up to start my morning chores.
7.00am…..Clunbury closed, now waiting to see if I still had to go to work. Steph comes in garden in her PJ`s with me.
7.15am…..phone call to say that The community College is closed…hoorah!!!
7.20am….Steph and Katie`s dad leaves for work….Ha Ha His school is not shut…shame!
7.45am…..Katie ready for sledging.
8.45am….Off we go.
12.00pm….return home after warming ourselves at Nanny`s house. Ate one too many chocolate biscuits.
12.45pm…..Took dogs for walk in field. Poor Simba had to come home due to having too many snowballs attached to his feet and legs. Had to be thawed out in front of fire.
6.00pm….Steph has just made an omlette for her tea 8/10 for presentation.
Let`s see what tomorrow brings!!!!!

Hello!
Thank you snow,I was so pleased when I was listening to my radio I heard I got the day off,I stayed in bed for 15 minutes and then got up.The best thing was how deep the snow was!I had a snowball fight with my brothers,obviously I was the winner[ha!ha!].When I walked the dog I tripped in the snow,I didn’t mind though, it was funny!My dog loved the snow[I chucked a snow ball at him,he ate it!].A friend took me sledging,except it didn’t work,it wasn’t a proper sledge though.My brother built a snow wall[a metre high].

The road past Aston-on-Clun was lethal this morning, you might have heard my comments on the radio. The Black Popular is lucky to still be there!

Hi

I hope every one is having fun in the snow !!!!! .I have just come inside me and Alice played a cool game sledging down the stable parth betending i was the Queen and Alice was the horse with the carrige (sledge). Merlin loved the snow he was sticking his tong out and eating the snow . Alice pushed me down the hill deliprutly and my face went strate in the snow and then she put snow down my belly. I think the horses thourt we were a bit supid when we crashed into the gate and as for Jimmy he was more interested in us going past than eating his hay .Dad on his loader mad the tracks more slipey with out me and tom noteasing but thates a good thing . Sadley Mum hat to go to work from 9am-4pm .then at half 3 we went to swimming lessons and it was only me and Alice in Vics group so we had flippes it was orsom AND I WAS BETTER THAN ALICE .

SCHOOLS CLOSED HIP HIP HOORAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Went sledging in my garden this morning and got soaked by Polly and Dad with snowballs. I couldn’t feel my toes, hands or fingers! I had to go back into the house to get a new pair of gloves. Then Polly gave up and walked back inside she had a hot chocolate. Then me and Dad walked up to a near by field and we made a sledging track to go down on, I went down really fast and fell off near the bottom. Then had to walk all the way back up, it was very tiring. After a while we got bored and started to make a snowman, it was a very slow process but we got there in the end.
In the afternoon me and my family met up with Isabell and her family and spent 3 hours sledging which was really fun!
HOPE SCHOOLS CLOSED TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its probably going to be too icy to travel the roads tomorrow and we really like the Arbor Tree in Aston so if you do venture out perhaps with an old mattress attached to your bumper!!! (It will give our black poplar a fighting chance!!!)

hello everyone i know you lot can’t have snow ball fights at clunbury but the headmaster at bishop’s castle said it was ok, yesterday, me and jord went to beambridge field and met jess grimes, katie a, tom grimes jasper grimes and alice grimes and hannah cooke and my dad and uncle and their mate from work and his kids and we had a snow ball fight girls v boys and the girls (ha) we had a great day and now it’s snowing today.

Thanks Mr.D, when we got home from school at 1:45 me, Louise, Katie, Polly, Mum and Nan went sledging it was great fun the snow was so deep that the first sledge to make a track went a bit slow. I just can’t believe it’s still snowing so heavily. I’m sad we couldn’t stay at school. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!! hope every one has a nice half term and hopefully some more days of sledging, snowball fights and building snow sculptures.
