The Mouse and the Lion

There was once a lion that was very clever because he could sneeze when he wanted to!
One day the lion came across a mouse. He sneezed all over him, blowing him across the jungle. A few days later the mouse heard an animal in great distress. He walked towards the noise. It was the lion who sneezed all over him, caught in a hunters net. “Go away,” the lion said “You can’t help me, you’re too small.” Even so the mouse started chewing through the ropes. In a few minutes the lion was free. “I’m sorry for sneezing on you,” said the lion “and I am sorry for saying you were too small to help me. You are much cleverer then me.” “That’s OK, let’s be friends.” Said the mouse.

The moral is don’t judge a book by its cover.

The mouse replied ” because none of the other animals have come out of the river.

One day a monkey and a fox meet in the wood .The fox decided to play a trick on the monkey the fox said,”Your trees are on fire.” So the monkey rushed back to see the state of his home, everything was normal. The monkey was very disappointed that the fox had lied to him and made him run back to his home to see nothing. The monkey never went back to the fox because all he did was lie so he went on swinging through the trees,He came to a party of animals and he asked if he could join them? They said yes but the fox was there giving the monkey a dirty snigger so the monkey said “no, i’d better not.”

The snow and the sun

One day the snow and the sun were arguing so they had a contest to decide who was the strongest.
They had to persuade the mole to come out of his hole. The judge was Fox because if the mole put his nose out of the hole.
The contest started the sun wanted the snow to go first. “Oh why thank you for letting me go first,” said the snow. “Oh that’s fine I always like a great competitor,” said the sun “let the contest begin” said fox. Snow tried his hardest to get the mole out of its hole all he did was fill the hole in and got mole stuck inside his hole. So you can snow didn’t persuade mole out of his hole.
So sun rose to the challenge to persuade mole to come out of his hole. The sun started to warm his self up and got hotter and hotter until he was boiling hot and it started melt the snow inside the moles hole. The got so hot he had to climb out of his to just sun bathe in the sun so in the end the sun won.

The moral of the story is persuasion is better than force.

The Hare on his Birthday

It was the boastful Hare’s birthday. He was ful of exitement, he was so boastful yesterday he told everyone in the woods that for his birthday he was going to get fifty pounds. He expected that when he wakes up he would have a neat pile of large colourful letters next to him he also expected five pounds in each letter if not more.
Suddenly he woke up and realised that it was his birthday, and there was the big pile of ten brown letters and right at the bottom there was a small white letter at the bottom he felt that something was wrong then he wondered where was his beautiful colourful letters were. Then he realised that it might mean that the bigger the letter the more money inside. Then quickly he decided exacly what he was going to do, like a light bulb suddenly swiched on. He headed straight to the woods to the to the shops where crafty Mr. Fox had a bagful of fresh carrots waiting to be sold. Luckily he got there before Rabbit he looked at price lable, it was ten pounds, he thought its my birthday I can easily afford that, so he bought the big bagful of jucy, sweet carrots for ten pounds.
He got home to his little grass house. He was going to wait until the sun goes down and the stars have woken up sparkling, like silver shimmering glitter had beeen spilt on a plain black piece of paper to open his letters. But then the teptation was to much for him to handle. He couldn’t resist the big brown letters in front of him just sitting there like a big hamburger, lost as if no one was going to eat him. So he sat down on his favourite patch of grass took a bite of one his fresh new carrots and opened the first letter he opened it and instantly his jaw dropped wide open, he couldn’t speak, his carrot even dropped out of his mouth from the sudden shock. He opened the next one the same happend again. It kept happening, all the time he opened a letter it was a bill of hundred pounds or more. But there was still one more to open, it was a little white envelope with money written all over it in big, bold, black, chunky letters. He opened it and wondered why it wasn’t sealed. The imediently he remembered that he had put all his money in that envelope and had and spent it all on carrots.

The Sharks and the Dolphins

Deep under the sea ,just off the coast of South Africa two famileys lived nextdoor to each other, enimies for generations, the Shark family and the Dolphin family many times they have faught and hunted each other, but nobody has truly won yet. But that was all going to change because they both applied for the annual fish compitition.
The jellyfish was going to be the judge along with a number of other creatrures and crustations who where going to be the marshalls. Finally the day came along and the course was set out with a number of challenges to test teamwork, strenth and agility. Everyone believed that the sharks would win and wondard why the dolphins would even challenge them, because sharks were much more stronger and faster but when the dolphin’s were asked this question they just replied ‘’strenth dosn’t win a race”.
So the two familey’s arrieved, the shark’s boasting about how much there going to beat the dolphins. The families both lined up on the stating line the ”ready, steady, go ” and they were off the sharks raced past the dolphins and they were coming to the first challenge the agility course, the sharks raced through the many obsticals and nets that was obsructing there winning path. The dolphins were far behind now and everyone expected the sharks to win but then as the sharks were in the teamwork area they started having an argument over one of the challengs and one thing lead to another and they started aguing over who would hold the trophey when they one meanwhile the dolphins were cathing up, the shark family were to busy arguing to notice the dolphins whiz bye. Bye the time the sharks had stoped arguing and reached the finish line they saw the dolphins and thought how could they of lost the sharks where more fast and strong then the dolphins, so the dolphins replied ”you were lacking one crucial thing, teamwork.

So when all of the animals heard the sneaky crocodile all of the animals followed the buffalo’s who were the bravest animals, and swam through the muddy river. After, the crocodile saw a little mouse on the same short bank as he was on before. The crocodile asked the mouse “why have you not crossed the wide river”. The Horse and the Donkey

One fine day there was a horse and donkey, who were cantering around the field and the horse stopped and noticed that all the jockey’s were bringing the horses out of the stables and were taking them down the race track. Just then the horses jockey walked through the gate and the horse trotted over. The donkey noticed that the horse was going to the race track and trotted over to see if he could race with him. But the horse shouted “No I know what your thinking” and walked off with his owner on to the yard. The owner put him in the stable and walked back to the field and had another head collar and called for the donkey. The horse put his head out the door in surprise. So the donkey trotted over and the owner took him to the yard and tacked up him and the horse. They were on the way to the race track. But the horse was not happy with the idea and so made up a little plan to beat him and prove him
right.
When the horses and donkey were ready they walked into the gate’s to start the race. And when the horn went the horses gulped of but the donkey started in canter. After a wile the horse got tired and started to canter then trot and so the donkey picked up speed and won the race. The horse was so angry at the donkey he all most bucked and reared but he had a think about it and knew that there would be other races and walked over to congratulate him.
