We are having our first online art auction at Clunbury. The work can be viewed on Friday 11th July at the school.

 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Have a look through the art work below

2. When you identify a piece you would like to make a bid on click on “COMMENTS”

3. Enter your name

4. Type in and either you own email address or ” school@clunbury.com”

5. Enter in the ‘COMMENTS’ box the amount you wish to bid and click ‘Submit’

We will let me know if you have been successful and the successful person’s name will appear on the site! (The amount paid will not be revealed!!)

Clunbury school was very honored to receive a visit from Sir Jim Rose as part the a curriculum review.

Sir James Rose has been an education consultant since 1999, having undertaken a number of assignments for government and educational organisations both at home and overseas. After holding a variety of teaching posts in both primary and secondary schools, including two headships, he was appointed HMI in 1975 as a primary education specialist. He became Staff Inspector for Pupils with Specialist Educational Needs in 1979, Chief Inspector with national responsibilities including primary education (1983), and Director of Inspection, OFSTED (1994).

We are very proud to have our ICT Mark presented to us at BETT. The award reflects our achievements in ICT. The presentation was a lovely event. Thanks to BECTA and NAACE for their continued commitment in enhancing and promoting ICT in this country.

Great news Clunbury has won BECTA’s ICT in Excellence Award for Best Whole School (Primary 2007). The school attended a prestigious ceremony in Birmingham on the 5th November and was awarded £6000!
